Terms and Conditions
A 15 miles radius will be included in the price per appointment, then 50p per mile thereafter.
Any parking expenses, congestion/ toll charges will be added to the travel expenses and payable by the client.
Until receipt of the booking fee all bookings are provisional.
A £35 deposit will secure your wedding date (paid after your consultation). The deposit is non-refundable. Once you have booked the date for your wedding with me I will send you an invoice. The deposit must be paid within 28 days of receiving your invoice. You will receive an email confirmation. This fee is deducted from the overall cost of the wedding day. Remaining payments must be made 10 days prior to the wedding day through: bank transfer, cheque or cash on the day. All consultation fees to be paid for on the day.
Cancellation made by the client will not be re-fundable.
If a cancellation has to be made please contact me as soon as possible either by written notice or by email. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt therefore it is advised to check that the cancellation has been received.
Cancellation for secured appointments given less than 24 hours notice will incure a surcharge of £30. This is down to the discretion of Jade Sayer MUA.
If I should need to cancel a booking through an unforeseen or exceptional circumstance I will do my best to find another professional makeup artist to take my place. Should this not be acceptable to you I will guarantee a full refund.
